Abroad we have offices in Guadalajara and Mexico City.
We are looking for someone to support the Managerial and commercial departments.You will support our company with the following activities:- Answering the main Gordian line (mínimal, 1-2 calls a day).- Coordinating conference travel: booking airfare, hotel, trip agenda.- Coordinating shipping for displays, reviewing conference requirements, and preparing cheat sheets for Sales Reps.- Pull weekly and monthly reports with KPI.- Enter new client information into CRM, send info to HR, Recruiting, and Accounting.- Create calendar events and Zoom meetings.- Plan meetings and take minutes.- Work on memos and newsletters to go out to clients.- Conducting File audit to make sure naming guidelines are being followed and all documents are present.- Submit and reconcile expense reports.

**Requirements**:- 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or personal assistant.- Attention to detail.- Strong communication skills.- Advanced English skills.
