The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the company's administrative tasks, from processing collections, sending out e-statements, and processing architectural (ARC) requests to various customer service activities.
**The main activities for this position are**:
- Work with community managers to process collections for their communities.
- Process ARC requests for their assigned portfolios
- Send out monthly e-statements.
- Respond to violation tickets and close out or escalate as needed.
- Follow up on scheduled works and documentation of them in the system.
- Learn the different pool systems and be able to activate/escalate pool key issues.
- Help customer service when overflow occurs and communicate with customers regarding collections, ARCs, and pool tickets.
**SCHEDULE**:
- Monday to Friday 8:00 - 17:00._

**Requirements**:
- Two years of experience working in customer service and back-office positions.
- Advanced English (both Verbal and Writing).
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Experience using Microsoft Office 360.
It's a plus if you have:
- Experience using Vantaca.
- Experience processing tickets.
