Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.Key responsibilities and tasks:Perform administrative duties to include:Travel, lodging and expense reportsConference room reservationsCoordinate and organize team meetings and site eventsFacilitate cateringAct as liaison to other Administrative AssistantsCoordinate office movesPrepare emails, letters and other documents using Microsoft Office SuiteDistribute incoming communications and evaluate to identify those items needing priority attentionConduct research and compile data for review as neededSupporting Vice Presidents within the TPG Organization with calendar management and travel logisticsEnsure smooth office operations:Distribute incoming mail and packages for multiple TPG bullpensArrange and track package shipmentsSchedule maintenance and repairs for area office equipmentMaintain office supply ordering and inventoryOrder and maintain office equipment and act as liaison with contractorsHeavy coordination between and with IT, facilities, and securityServe as an effective liaison between various Micron sites, departments, and other TPG locations in the resolution of day-to-day administrative problems:Provide department supportProvide area/building supportProvide back-up support to other TPG Administrative AssistantsTrain incoming Administrative Professionals as neededTravel and calendar support for TPG Vice Presidents as neededQualifications:Successful candidates for this position will have:5+ years of experience providing high level administrative support:Excellent calendar management skillsExperience arranging complex travel for domestic & international destinationsThe proven ability to interact with team members at all levels of the organization to support multiple activities in parallelReliable attention to detail, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentialityOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsBilingual: Spanish and English (verbal and written)Previous experience developing policies and proceduresPrevious experience working for a start-up company or new company location or moving a business from one location to another locationStrong decision-making capabilityStrong organization skillsAbility to meet defined deadlinesAbility to work well with othersAbility to work well without direct supervisionNotary PublicEducation:Associates or bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
