With a highly skilled and experienced professional team, they have dedicated their entire existence to providing their clients with top-quality artistry and high-end service that takes their management and maintenance to the next level.As an **Administrative Assistant**, some of your main activities will be**:- Data entry.- Enter work orders for processing.- Follow up on open work orders and material orders.- Maintain accurate digital records, files, and communications through data entry.- Arrange for prompt and satisfactory responses to emergency service requests.**WORK SCHEDULE**:- Monday to Friday_Regular Schedule: 8:00 to 17:00 Mexico City time.Daylight saving: 7:00 to 16:00 Mexico City time.- One hour lunch_**THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION.
