We have offices abroad in Guadalajara and Mexico City.**About our client**:An HOA Management Community Association, which is proud of making their homeowners focus on what matters the most while they do all the hard work to keep the community moving. This Community Association will take care of the builders, developers, vendors, and all the needs the community may need to make sure everything is in its place.**About our client**:A company that focuses on delivering exceptional service and facilitating the unique vision of its clients by listening to and understanding their priorities.We are looking for an **Administrative Assistant** to support the following activities:- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the client reception calls.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the database.- Reviews all received compliance inspection reports, including special/annual inspections, and generates / processes all compliance letters.- Ensures database compliance records contain all necessary information.**Schedule**:- Monday to Friday_- _Regular schedule:_ 9:00 a.M. to 6:00 p.M. CST MX- _During daylight saving: 8_:00 a.M. to 5:00 p.M.
