¿Qué hace un Auxiliar Administrativo de Producción?
Da soporte administrativo al departamento de Producción por medio de captura de información de proceso, gestión de adquisición de insumos, seguimiento a pagos a proveedores y atención a necesidades y hallazgos en las áreas productivas.

Debes tener preparatoria concluida y 6 meses de experiência en puestos afines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Generar requisiciones de órdenes de compra para materiales directos e indirectos.
Atender requerimientos de Auditoria SOX.
Dar seguimiento a proceso de facturación, GR y pago a proveedores.
Gestionar los pagos de las cuotas mensuales a las entidades CNIT y CRT.
Capturar guías de agave y salidas de fletes de vinaza en bitácoras.
Atención a proveedores y solicitud de cotizaciones.
Dar soporte para la generación de reporte de pago de nómina del personal de Producción.
Generar reporte semanal de gastos del área.
Dar cumplimiento a lo establecido en los procedimientos sobre los aspectos de calidad, inocuidad, ambientales y riesgos laborales de su área y puesto de trabajo, participar activamente en la capacitación sobre dichos aspectos en cumplimiento de los procedimientos aplicables en materia de Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional, Medio Ambiente, Calidad e Inocuidad.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Las habilidades y la experiência necesitadas para crear tu legado:
Manejo de Excel.
Manejo de Sistema SAP.
Manejo de software Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Teams).
