**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in executive support, administrative operations management, non-technical project management, or corporate event planning.
Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently.

- Experience in using technology and the internet to improve work efficiency.
- Experience serving as a project lead from conception to completion.

**Responsibilities**:
- Perform an array of administrative tasks (e.g., manage calendars, book travel, and schedule facilities and equipment).
- Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies.
- Plan, manage, and execute team offsites, events, and activities.
- Collaborate with the global Administrative Business Partner (ABP) team to ensure successful execution of regularly scheduled domestic and international meetings, events, or projects.
- Support directors and serve as ABP site-lead for the Mexico site.
