United Legal Group is a third-party collection agency looking for a professional, energetic, and self-motivated data entry admin clerk to start immediately.The company is growing, and we want you to be a part of it. partner with us as a:**ADMIN CLERICAL****Requirements**:Professional in both appearance and behavior- Computer savvy (mainly working with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks)- **Minimum**two years office admin experience- Business-oriented writing skills and overall strong communication skills- Willingness to perform any task asked of them- Ability to read and understand client service contracts- Detail oriented**Main Administrative Duties**:- Data entry (60+ WPM typing speed)- Assisting department managers with whatever task is asked of him/herAnswering and routing incoming calls- Preparing outgoing mail- Providing status reports directly to clients- Maintaining office cleanliness- Providing support whenever and wherever needed- Customer Service, inbound calls**We Offer**:- Salary ranges from $ 14,000 to 18,000 MXN.
