**Job Description**:
The Administrative Management Assistant essential duties and responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
- Executive assistant to the plant management:
- Lead internal and external communication
- Coordination of business trips for plant management
- Coordination of special meetings and events
- Optimize times and schedules by administrating the agenda
- Preparation of presentations
- Prepare and send meeting minutes based on a written high standard
- Handling confidential information and content in a professional way
- Act as concierge for the plant in activities such as:
- Assist in day to day planning activities for visitors and special events in the plant
- First line contact to support plant associates during business trips and creation of expenses report approval
- Recommendations and advisory of plant visitors accommodation and transportation booking,
- Secure the policies adherence for associates and visitors (i.e.
HSE training and travel S.A.F.E.
program)
- Communication:
- Developing communications plans and campaigns
- Overseeing company communications
- Involvement in projects that create high impact to the plant both for leading and for participating as team member.
- Responsible for plant car fleet administration
- Managing administrative office supplies including the execution of purchasing processes
- Execution and continuous improvement of 6S´s standards in indirect areas
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor Degree - Business administration, Engineering,
