Prior administrative experience is not a requirement.**Key Responsibilities**:- Support members of our executive team on various administrative tasks including managing calendars. scheduling events across various time zones, and even interacting with board members or investors if needed- Collaborate closely with the CEO's Executive Assistant to ensure fluid support of administrative needs across the executive team and provide coverage for when she takes time off- Help manage the cadence of regular leadership meetings, including planning agendas in advance, organizing logistics and people, and following up on action items- Help plan and organize events such as team off-sites and team building activities as needed- Help draft internal and external communications on behalf of the executive as needed; draft and material (e.G
