**Job Overview**
The Administrative Solutions Coordinator will play a crucial role in enhancing cross-departmental functionality by leveraging technological solutions, including Jira Service Management, and performing a variety of administrative coordination tasks.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- **Technological Solutions**: Utilize Jira Service Management and other technological tools to create tickets, reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that support decision-making across departments.
- **Administrative Coordination**: Perform a wide range of administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating events, and handling correspondence.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance cross-departmental functionality and efficiency.
- **Data Management**: Maintain and organize data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for relevant stakeholders.
- **Project Support**: Assist in the planning and execution of projects, providing administrative support and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- **Communication**: Serve as a liaison between departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain documentation, including reports, presentations, and procedural guides.
- **Training and Support**: Provide training and support to staff on the use of technological tools and best practices for administrative processes.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Jira Service Management, PowerBi, and other data visualization tools.
- Strong technological skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems.
