.**_Role Overview:_**This dynamic individual will work with leaders within the team to provide senior administrative support while acquiring knowledge of company operations and policies, and procedures and handling details of a highly confidential and critical nature**About the Role**:- Assist with meeting agendas, calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, project management, and event planning. Minimal amount of travel might be needed during major events for executive support.- Excellent organizational skills and critical thinking skills are required along with a curious mindset where you can be challenged and impact the business.- Proactively collect, prepare, and manage information for use in discussions and meetings of executive staff, board of directors and outside individuals- You enjoy and are adept at assisting with meeting agendas, calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, project management, and occasional event planning.- Demonstrates independent to advanced decision making by utilizing critical thinking, analysis and creative problem solving with a strong attention to deadlines and detail.- This role is for you if you are organized, energetic, self-motivated and you are seeking a role in which you can strongly contribute, learn, and be challenged!**About You**:- 7+ years of Executive Assistant and/or advanced administrative support experience.- Excellent oral and written communication skills and professional presence with a customer service orientation.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform a variety of tasks with no supervision and a sense of urgency.- Experience working with senior level executives both internally and externally, as well as experience with customers, vendors, visitors, and other dignitaries of a confidential and non-confidential nature.- Ability to prioritize work tasks and handle appropriately.- Ability to redirect and change tasks quickly, and re-prioritize as new needs arise.- A team oriented individual with the ability to deal effectively with all levels of staff in the resolution of problems and the completion of tasks.- Strong organizational skills necessary to organize and deal with workload that involves tight deadlines, managing multiple tasks and project simultaneously as well as confidentially.- Experience developing thorough knowledge of the group, division and key stakeholders and their respective contributions to the group/corporation.- Excellent personal computer skills including advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Access, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook required.- Previous software industry experience is preferred.**_Company Benefits and Perks:_**We work hard to embrace diversity and inclusion and encourage everyone to bring their authentic selves to work every day.
