**THE POSITION**
As Administrative Support, you will play a key role in the development and growth of our Enterprise & Managed Accounts. The managed partner network is comprised of medium to large enterprise accounts.
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
- Assisting with compiling and organizing excel reports to be ingested by our data warehouse
- Data entry & analysis with internal and external reports
- Onboarding, support, technical troubleshooting, revenue growth, and reporting
- Strong business acumen is required. Capable of generating business conversations using data models and discussions that help you manage expectations and grow your managed book of business.
- Be the voice and advocate of the home professional (our customer) - Work with leadership and product teams to identify process improvements or product requirements to help resolve any customer-facing issues, test any new product ideations, and ultimately improve home professional satisfaction
- Proactively influence team culture by actively participating in team and company activities and opportunities for feedback
