With over 20 years of experience in foreign markets across various countriesPosition Responsibilities:Human Resources:Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee rewards and discipline, and offboarding processes in Mexico.Foster team development and employee engagement, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.Administrative Management:Oversee the daily operations of the office and warehouse, ensuring smooth functioning and organization.Maintain and manage internal filing systems, ensuring easy access to important documents and compliance with internal procedures.Commercial Support:Coordinate the company's participation and representation at trade fairs and exhibitions, enhancing brand visibility and business opportunities.Maintain and update the company website and social media platforms, ensuring content is current and engaging.Manage and renew necessary business licenses and permits, ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.External Relations:Act as the company's representative in communication and collaboration with external units, building strong partnerships and promoting the company's interests.What We Offer:A dynamic work environment in an international company with opportunities for growth and development.Competitive salary and benefits package.A supportive and collaborative team culture.We have offices in Polanco, CDMX, and a warehouse in Tultitlán, Estado de México (With availability to travel to both locations)Work from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with half-day on Saturdays.If you are a proactive, highly organized individual with strong communication skills and experience in HR and administrative functions, we invite you to apply and be part of our growing team#J-18808-Ljbffr
