.**Role & Responsibilities****Administration**:- Keep existing records and reports updated using data from Supervisors- Use basic data analysis and knowledge of functional areas of the business to propose or create new reports- Provide administration support to other senior staff- Ensure all documents are digitized and organized on Dropbox (with assistance from other staff as required)- Document all required information related to local, state, and federal regulations**Accounting**:- Help maintain bimonthly expense lists / expense forecasts- Collect and analyze financial data- Work with external accounting team as required- Organize payments for CFE and internet**Human Resources**:- Assist with recruiting- Assist with scheduling interviews for new hires- Build staff files for new staff- Maintain staff files for existing staff- Maintain Staff Database- Communicate any loss of staff with labor lawyers (they will handle legal paperwork thereafter)- Work with external labor legal team as required**Supply & Purchasing**:- Maintain an understanding of customer expectations and needs from the products- Make suggestions for supply improvements; develop appropriate supply chain strategy (with KPIs) to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost- Ensure company brand materials, facility equipment, and physical working space meet company standards- Inspect equipment; issue requests for workorders to repair any damages- Continuously develop and maintain relationships with local vendors- Manage inventories and stock by conducting physical counts, reconciling with the "Inventory Master List", and advising management on ordering when necessary- Review/verify incoming art files for distribution to suppliers- Create POs (for materials and equipment) as required- Tracks POs in progress- Report any discrepancies with supply orders (delivery dates, quality, and quantity)- Maintain adequate levels of office supplies**Other**:- Maintain a thorough understanding of all related SOP's- Communicate (written and oral) with all-levels of management, suppliers and some customers- Maintain and contribute to a positive and engaging work environment on site- Maintain a high level of confidentiality**Requirements**:The following requirements must be met in order to be considered for this position
