The Quality Master Data Management works within the three divisions of IFF, including flavors, fragrances and ingredients, ensuring that all quality demands from customers are met by IFF. It translates quality related Quality demands from customers into procedures, processes and data that are vital to the rest of the IFF organization to deliver on these expectations. The Quality Master Data Management group follows trends and signals new developments and ensures IFF is prepared to continue to comply with market and customer expectations regarding quality, food safety and sustainability by engaging with Senior Management in Quality, Operations, Creation & Application, and Sales.
The Quality Master Data Management group plays a major part during the new product development process to the final product delivery, where all, Quality, Food Safety and Sustainability information that the customer needs or demands to know is shared with the customer and this information is loaded to IFF's ERP and other systems to allow the production of these materials in IFF's or Toller facilities. The Quality Master Data Management team is also responsible for several administrative management of change processes, reviewing change requests and determining whether the changes can be done or which conditions need to be met in order to do the changes and maintaining the master data accordingly.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for creating, maintaining and aligning master data related tasks such as Quality Control Inspection plans, Quality Specification, Certificates Of Analysis (CoA), Product data sheets and Nutritional Information sheets using different SAP workflows
- Load Master Data for all new products and intermediates during the NPI (New Product Introduction) process related to Quality, Food Safety and Sustainable information as well as maintain this information upon request and as needed.
- Religious review based on the formula of a material to assess whether materials meet a certain religious classification and populating the Master Data accordingly.
- New Raw Material introduction / alternative source: Review of Religious data and nutritional data from a vendor to determine whether the materials are compliant with the requirements from the customer, IFF internal requirements and in comparison with what is already in the IFF databases.
- Formula reviews, Master Data reviews and Customer Communication reviews for the purpose of E&R (Eliminate & Replace) process.
- Monitor, resolve, create customer documentation, supporting IFF sales request, servicing IFF customers, through IFF Clover documentation program. To prevent the shipment of batches to customers, such as CoA blocks, etc..

Desirable background:
- Experience in a Quality Assurance role in the Food Industry
- Experience in a function where English was the main language for meetings and written communication
