We look forward to connecting with you!**Primary Responsibilities**:- Answering/managing calls from new customers interested in pursuing career training at triOS College.- Obtaining information from inbound callers in the Customer Contact & Contact Management systems for ongoing customer contact.- Working with the Admissions team, confirming availability of the Education Consultants for interviews.- Maintaining general knowledge and understanding of all products and services.- Maintaining and support ongoing relations amongst internal customers, colleagues, and co-workers.- Other duties as assigned.**Qualifications**- Minimum college diploma from a business-related program and a minimum of one (1) year call centre experience.- You must have access to Windows 10, MS Office, and Remote Desktop.- Must also have a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.- Proficient with MS Office, primarily Excel and Outlook. A Microsoft Office test is required.- Demonstrated ability to speak and write in English.
