**About The Role**:
The AdOps Trafficker is responsible for the correct implementation, supervision and optimization of campaigns, it is essential to have good communication with internal and external teams, understand the client's needs and be able to execute campaigns in accordance with these needs. Your main functions will be the configuration of direct sales and programmatic mobile campaigns, under the purchase models, CPV, CPC, CPE and CPM, as well as guaranteeing correct delivery and compliance with the brands' KPIs.
**What you'll be doing...**:
- Configure, monitor and optimize campaigns with the objective of obtaining the best results, maintaining margin and delivery, aligned to the client's needs.
- Correct implementation of tracking, as well as campaign monitoring with internal and external reports (3-party), such as MOAT, IAS, DV, etc.
- Proactivity in campaign analysis to provide insights to the sales team
- Work hand in hand with the accounts and sales team to achieve greater revenue
**About you...**:
- English proficiency.
- Experienced in digital advertising management.
- Campaign configuration and monitoring.
- Intermediate command of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Programmatic, DSP management, SSPs (DV360, Xandr, TTD, etc.)
- Knowledge of advertising platforms (Google Ads, FB Ads, Ad Servers) is a plus, but not necessary.
- Basic knowledge of HTML desirable.
