We collaborate with our business partners around the world to deliver standardized, integrated technology products and services to create tangible business value.To strengthen our Workforce 360 Services, we are looking for an Adoption and Change Specialist to complete our Workforce 360/Engagement Service team.You will be part of the Adoption and Change Team, which drives change-management activities for the adoption of technology, enabling new ways of working and better individual and organizational performance. In this position, you bridge the gap between technology and employees. Technologies in scope include modern workplace solutions (e.G. Office 365, Workplace by Facebook, SAP, conferencing systems).**Key responsibilities**- Work closely together with the various businesses of Nestlé, to understand how the modern workplace solutions can bring value to them, and drive strategic discussion to assess needs and opportunities- Create tailored change-management and adoption plans and conditions for smooth transitions, so that employees can willingly adapt to those- Identify key stakeholders and ensure that appropriate communication, training and coaching are in place for them to support and embrace the change- Measure the impact of the strategy and monitor adoption; ensure actionable insights.- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring around adoption and change-management practices to IT product managers and senior leadership, to increase their effectiveness in driving sustainable change of behaviours.**Required Profile**- Bachelor's in social sciences, marketing, communication or business studies, or equivalent work experience.- 2+ years of experience in change management or adoption activities- Being a good communicator in all aspects: listening, writing and presenting- Identifying opportunities for continuous growth and adoption- Experience in having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams- Comfortable providing vision, feedback and direction to stakeholders, across cultures, geographies and organizational unitsAdoption and Change Specialist IT at Nestlé LATAM
