**Job Summary**
Supplier Development Sr Supervisor is responsible to define and execute improvement strategies for suppliers with Chronical delivery issues, work in collaboraton with SCM for recovery plans and action plans to secure RM availability in Mfg sites.

- Overshipment negotiations
- Commercial Agreement input to SCM
- Supplier Capacity validations
- Supplier's pipeline assesment
- New suppliers training and certifications
- Collaboration workshops
**Your Background**:
- Supply Chain /Procurement experience >5 years
- SAP
- Capacity study knowledge
- Office (Excel)
- Data Analysis
- Strong communication
- Negotation skills
- Leadership
- Work under pression
- Disposition to travel 60%
- Visa
- Automotive industry prefered
- Bilingual >80%
