**Job Description**:
Advance Manufacturing Engineer lead the organization in new technology introduction, I 4.0 strategies and digitalization purposes. Manages Capex process and productivity improvement projects.
**Responsibilities**:
- This role is responsible of Capex execution for all the plant, considering requirements for all departments. Controls Capex spend and execution.
- Design and develop machinery and equipment that will help optimize the manufacturing operations of the company or organization.
- Research and analyzes new technology available to solve manufacturing and quality issues.
- Responsible for creating I 4.0 roadmap to drive the organization to new technology introduction.
- Responsible for coordinating TOW projects and lay out changes.
- Capable of analyzing complex process issues and implement best in class solutions.
- Evaluate and improve manufacturing methods for maximum efficiency.
Qualifications:
Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering. Controls engineer, Automation engineer, Robotics engineer.Requires at least 5 years related experience. Basic Microsoft Office knowledge. SAP knowledge preferred. Detail Oriented and ability to problem solve effectively. Leadership skills required to coordinate and work with factory team. Strong analytical ability using databases, spreadsheets and statistical models. Strong skills for controls, automation and manufacturing processes.
