Master Plan implementation and follow up, to support the successful launch of new programs in terms of equipment, facilities and installations.**Main Responsibilities**- Develop the manufacturing plan and participate in the feasibility analysis, study the RFQ from the customer and clarify any doubts regarding the manufacturing system.- Assure the definition of a robust Manufacturing System to meet the production volume required by the customer. Define bases and considerations of the process and communicate to Product Engineer, New Programs, Engineering, Projects and Operations. PAC review and update. Analysis, identification and development of RFQs for outsourcing and internal machining for production equipment and support prototypes.- Lead the Simultaneous Engineering process with suppliers of machining, equipment, tools and gages. Analyze quotes from a technical point of view, investment and manufacturing cost. Approve engineering changes to equipment in manufacturing, installation, or startup.- Validation of the effectiveness of the Product Manufacturing System. Develop and communicate the equipment validation plan at the supplier's facilities and Nemak.- Assure the delivery of productive equipment to operations. Prepare and authorize equipment approval documents, execute the delivery protocol (agreed) of equipment and Infrastructure to the operations area.- Collaborate in the development of innovation in manufacturing systems.
