Advanced Certification Engr

**Improve business and family comfort, protection and productivity**:The Advanced Certification Engineer will be responsible for ensuring General Safety products comply with existing PPE regulatory requirements for intended global markets.**Key Responsibilities**:- Determine and execute regulatory requirements for CE and VE projects.- Provide information and technical assistance to design and manufacturing on current compliance standards, regulations, and specifications.- Plans, initiates, and manages conformance and compliance testing.- Research costs and product compliance evaluation requirements to achieve desired product certification or recertification.- Educate team on guidelines and documentation.- Ensure Training Compliance- Providing guidance and ownership of regulatory content and markings for compliance labeling, packaging and product documentation.**YOU MUST HAVE**:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering- 3+ years of regulatory experience- Proficient English language skills**WE VALUE**:- Some experience working with the Federal Authorities- Sufficient technical knowledge, training, skill, and experience- Excellent English language skills required and excellent communications skills (written and verbal)- Basic knowledge of avionics systems required.- Must meet any applicable Export License conditions for given project.- Must be self-directing and willing to work with various internal and global groups.- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills required.- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant regulations, policies, and procedures applicable to the (ODA) functions**Additional Information**:- ** JOB ID**:Req389903- ** Category**:Engineering- ** Location**:Calle Electra #1099 Parque Industrial Maran,Mexicali,BAJA CALIFORNIA,21385,Mexico- Exempt
