In this role, you will impact the business by analyzing and optimizing processes, identifying areas for automation and efficiency gains, and providing data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Utilize statistical and data analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights from various data sources - Provide actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data analytics with overall business goals and strategies - Identify and implement advanced analytics tools and technologies to support data visualization and reporting - Drive a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing and optimizing processes - Proactively identify and mitigate risks through data analysis - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts
**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights - Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL, etc.) - Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams - Knowledge with automation tools: Alteryx, PowerApps and Power Automate
