**Job Description Summary**: Develop, lead, and provide key technical direction for Full-Stack web Software development for Ground Services Network project.
Requires a deep understanding and expertise on Full Life cycle product, High Level development, web development, FrontEnd and BackEnd, being part of a completely autonomous team, should be capable of breaking out problems and expected to find efficient technical solutions and support the costumer.
**Essential Responsibilities**
In this role you will be responsible for the design, programming, and testing web solutions within an integrated team environment. You will demonstrate independence & technical judgment to execute on assignments, identifying problems & formulate solutions.
- Derive software high level requirements into preliminary and detailed designs.
- Support the customer meeting their technical requirements.
- Execute and provide guidance to other team members about design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product/program requirements.
- Provide technical leadership to personnel supporting the assigned project.
- Participate as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews.
- Participate as a presenter with the customer.
- Engineering plans and certification documentation writing.
- Communicate and provide recommendations to internal and external GE customers through the analysis, preparation, and presentation of technical data.
**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Experience with the.NET framework and object-oriented programming in C#, full-stack web development.
- Degree from an accredited university or college on Software, Electronics, or related area.
- Project Management abilities.
- Advanced English skills.
- Experience with relational database design, development, and management (Microsoft SQL Server preferred), Unit and System level testing, including test automation.
- Experience with at least one popular Javascript-based web development framework such as Vue.js, source control systems and automated build systems
- Familiarity with REST and SOAP-based web services, cloud computing services & technologies (Microsoft Azure preferred), Linux development (C++), deployment, and configuration
- Experience in software design lifecycle ideally within Aerospace, Automotive or similar controlled industry.
- Strong technical aptitude, including applicable engineering tools and systems.
- Experience with interfacing hardware to software components.
- Strong communication and interpersonal aptitudes.
- Eligibility Requirement: Mexican nationality is required for this position due to regulatory matters.
**Desired Characteristics**
- Experience with DO178B, ARP4754, DO254, AS9100 standards.
- Experience with Agile.
