.Descripción y detalle de las actividadesAs an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving innovation in our production methods. You will be a driving force behind our manufacturing improvements, helping us maintain a driven edge in the industry. Your technical expertise, project management skills, and ability to adapt to new technologies will be key to your success in this position.In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Apply your in-depth knowledge of Lean & 5S principles to streamline operations, improve safety, minimize waste, and optimize efficiency across manufacturing processes.Identify and evaluate opportunities to introduce new technologies and methodologies in our operations to enhance process efficiency and product quality. Work with operations teams to develop Scope of Work (SOW), capital investment plan, and Return on Investment (value) justification for projects.Lead assessments of existing operational equipment by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to fortify processes and mitigate risk through the implementation of industrial solutions.Collaborate with external suppliers to source capital equipment, support contract negotiations, develop acceptance criteria, and ensure timely delivery of materials. Maintain strong vendor relationships.Lead and implement simultaneous projects related to manufacturing process improvements, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.Collaborate with NPD teams to ensure new products enforce to design for manufacturing standard processes.Provide support to various functions within operations as needed, fostering a multi-functional and collaborative environment. Working collectively across multiple manufacturing sites to develop / implement global guidelines and define standard methodologies.Experiencia y requisitosBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering or a related field such as industrial technology. Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering is preferred.Minimum of five years of significant experience in a manufacturing environment with focus on new product introductions, equipment development, new technology, and product line transfers.Strong analytical abilities to collect, analyze, and interpret data for informed decision-making and process improvement.Confirmed project management skills with the ability to complete projects successfully.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying and solving problems.Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and practices.Individual must be willing and able to travel as needed up to 25%; a valid passport is required.Good written and oral communication skills on both, English and Spanish
