You will be part of a group of highly committed professionals who support current product value engineering and the optimization of the manufacturing process.**Key Responsibilities**:- Set KPI''s for the production cells. (UPH, FPY, SCRAP)- Stablish actions to get OEE at optimum levels- Lead to execute productivity projects to generate savings or cost avoidance projects (Kaizen or 6sigma, continuous improvement)- Stablish an strongest MOS with all organizations to improve manufacturing Metrics and Process.- Stablish and lead cost effective Total Productivity Maintenance programs- Lead the validations for all new components impacting the products- Lead the actions to Improve current labor rate, reduce repair workload and scrap factors- Lead and support AME to transform the manual data into digital data to track real time performance- Deploy innovative technologies to automate or improve the processes (Systems, Robots, Poka-yokes)- Audit and validate times and studies updated in the ERP system to reflect the correct direct, Ensure the labor will be update every time the process / steps change- Lead to create/ release ECN's impacting the products or processes- Lead to create/ update the SOS, manufacturing process including repair. Lead to support new products including the execution of pilot runs. Generates Technical reports with specifics actions to improve /solve -Provides technical support and recommendations to the manufacturing areas for existing models to maintain or improve the levels of delivery and quality required by customers Link to correct any design problem that affects the products, impacting in scrap, or yields. -**YOU MUST HAVE**:- Bachelor's degree with a minimum experience of 5 years in a similar position or experience in areas related to Manufacturing engineer.- Application of basic engineering techniques to optimize manufacturing processes within the electrical/electromecanical industry- Analytic, Multitask and positive person.- Proactive ad Initiative-taking.
