You will provide strategic direction, lead a team of talented engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes, drive innovation, and achieve operational excellence.RESPONSABILITIESEnsure compliance with all Safety regulations and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as safety shoes, coats, glasses, and badges.Actively participate in daily Tier and Operational Excellence meetings, contributing to discussions and updates.Propose and support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within your area to enhance operational efficiency.Engage in Rapid Problem Solving (RPS) sessions when necessary, providing input for effective solutions.Adhere to established Standard Work procedures to maintain consistency and quality.Follow security protocols and contribute to improving safety measures, ensuring a secure work environment.Comply with CT-PAT, OEA, and other relevant security requirements, aligned with departmental responsibilities.Support the achievement of HSE metrics, including safety observations, HSE maturity goals, and the maintenance of a zero-accident environment.Adhere to process-specific standards and procedures as defined in the process turtles and applicable departmental guidelines.Complete all mandatory trainings and courses throughout the year, aligned with department requirements and company-wide initiatives, such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO45001, and any other.Comply with the Internal Regulations Book and Honeywell Code of Business Conduct, ensuring ethical behavior, integrity, and adherence to all company policies and guidelines.Commitment in knowing, understanding, and applying Quality Policy and Quality Objectives and contributing to their compliance.Involved in the specifications and quotation of new line structure and industrial strategy to meet Safety/Quality/Lead Times and productivity requirements.Coordinate Manufacturing Pilot Runs, as required, on ECR's, ECO's on new or modified products.Collaborate closely with internal engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into manufacturable designs.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.Use technology to allow a company to produce goods or services of better quality, faster and at lower costs.Responsible for planning and organizing Advanced Manufacturing functions like Sustaining Engineering, Automation & Digitalization, Projects Development, transfers and Management, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Test Development and Capital Needs Identification
