**Key Responsibilities**
- Ownership of assigned products cells and lead the necessary response to technical issues that are affecting the production of hardware in the Operations Centers
- Lead robust RCCA process and provide technical responses to issues that are affecting the production of hardware in the Operations Centers.
- Resolution of these issues will require a strong sense of urgency, leadership across multiple disciplines inside and outside of ISC Engineering and robust problem-solving using Six Sigma principals.
- Mentor and coach junior level engineers
- Identify optimization opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
- Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute improvement plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Conduct data analysis and track key performance indicators.
**YOU MUST HAVE**
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or equivalent (professional license and degree).
- Proficient English communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to understand design requirements and prepare technical documentation, design manufacturing processes
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering roles.
- Six Sigma or Lean Certification.
- Data Analysis (Business Intelligence or Strong Statistical skills).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- NPI / NPD Experience.
- Transitions and Product Transfer Experience.
- SAP Manufacturing Engineering Modules.
- Internal and External Audits as auditor or auditee.
- Metrics Administration.
- Management Operating System approach.
- Equipment Definition, quoting, commissioning, validation, and production release.
- Quality Management Systems (AS9100 or other).
- Product Lifecycle Management software.

- Experience with NADCAP and AERO industry specification requirements
- Track record of successful contributions to projects
- Knowledge of automation semi-automation or robotics, programming, instrumentation, and control.
- Strong knowledge of aerospace engineering principles and practices.
- Subject Matter Expertise in Aerospace processes.
- Aerospace products experience: Power Generation, Actuation, Composites, Heat Exchanger or Metal-Mechanical Processes.
