**Main Activities**
- **Product Development System**:Develop a common Product Development System with Project Management, incorporating Best Practices, Design Review events, and a Risk Register.
- **Quality Guidelines and Advanced Quality Representation**: Promote and enforce common guidelines for the Quality Plan in Product Development. Ensure Advanced Quality function representation in the core team for product/process development, gate reviews, and program reviews.
- **Zero Defect Line**:Define and audit Global Zero Defect Line guidelines, ensuring Statement of Work reviews and compliance before equipment/tools purchase. Ensure all KCCs are installed in equipment SOW/ZDL.
- **Functional Analysis and FMEA**:Promote the use of Functional Analysis, FMEA (Design and Process), and Reverse FMEA, integrating risk assessments with product structure, customer, and legal requirements.
- **ICIM Projects**:Drive ICIM projects in Product and Process Development using DFSS and Robust Engineering, implementing Lessons Learned in BOP/BOD, and for new processes.
- **Process Quality Competence and Audit Scheme: Develop **top competence in Process Quality, making it available to regions and plants facing critical developments and launches. Define and implement the CS Project Status Audit scheme, in line with Corporate guidelines.
- **Launch Readiness and Trials**:Prepare and present quality status in launch readiness reviews, controlling trials, resolving build sample issues, and driving Zero Defect Line compliance before equipment purchase.
- **Customer Complaints and Liaison**:Resolve customer complaints in NPI with corrective actions, follow IATF 16949, VDA standards, and specific customer requirements. Liaise with customers for product/process feedback, addressing raw material quality issues with SQE and IQC, and ensuring continuous improvement and complaint resolution.
- **BIQ in new launches - **follow procedures, schedule BIQ workshops, capture lessons learned and the formats required to drive for zero defect launches.
**Background**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 10+ years of progressive experience in a similar type of position(s) with automotive tier 1 supplier(s) in Mfg Engineering, Product Eng or Quality Organization
- Practical knowledge of Quality engineering principles and tools such as: PPAP/MSA/APQP/FMEA/SPC/8D/3L5W
- Experience in execution of Production Process
- Working knowledge of Quality Systems and Automotive Sector Specific Requirements Experience with Microsoft Office with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Demonstrated aptitude for analytics
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, problem solving and time management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Advanced English level
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong ability to work with a team
**Nice to haves**:
- Master's degree in Quality or Quality Certifications
- Experience in Automotive Electronic industry
- Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Project, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Visio, etc.)
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Strong results-orientation and execution characteristics
- Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple conflicting tasks, make intelligent, timely decisions and solve problems independently
