**Primary Purpose**:
Work closely with the Product Development team members developing and executing a Quality Plan in order to manage and mitigate project risk to ensure a flawless Product Launch that meets customers Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost expectations.Locate in manufacturing facility to support the BU AQP activities.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Quality Plan Execution: Ensures the project Quality Plan for new products and product modifications be well deployed as Quality Plan.
Feedback the potential Safety/Quality/Delivery/Cost concern back to BU CFT, support improvement as key player in plant.
- Risk Analysis: Work with BU CFT and plant AQP/MQA to feedback the quality issue occur in plant and customer, help to ensure the concern been resolved systematically, well documented the lesson learns.
- MSA/Measurement Testing Method Standardization: Ensure the MSA for all the detection/measurement for inline/offline process been evaluated correctly.
Work with CFT to create standardization Working instruction for new measurement or testing for New Product Development and Modification Product.
- Flawless Launch: Work with Manufacturing Plant AQP and MQA to conduct Safe Launch activities.
Perform process audits and reverse FMEA's to qualify new production processes, and to ensure compliance to control plans, report the concern and potential risk on time.
- Supplier Audit (Local Supplier): Support SQE/GSQ for supplier audit, focus on new supplier/critical supplier, and support the audit which have any quality issue happened during project development.
- Problem Solver: Lead the problem solving (8D) analysis and resolution of new product related customer complaints or internal quality issue during launch.
Support efforts for prevention of repeat issues & systemic improvements to the Product Development Processes to reduce New Products QNs.
- MBM & Quality Systems: Understand & practice the KOCH 5 dimensions & guiding principles, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.
- Internal Audit: Participant in LPA/Product/Process audit for mass production, periodically check if there is any potential risk for quality, leading/support long-term continuously improvement.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
**Work Experience**:
Required:
3+ years' experience in Quality Engineering or related engineering field
Preferred:
5+ years' experience in Quality engineering in a new-product development environment
5 years worked in Automotive industrial, experience in automotive standard or OEM standard.
**Education**:
Bachelor's Degree, Engineering
