Designer:**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead Requirements creation and trace matrix- Manage scope, schedule, and budget for the assigned Test Program or Work Package, identifying requirements, risks and opportunities.- Monitor engineering progress against budget and forecasted schedule for the assigned test projects- Create Test Documentation (Test Procedures, Test Instructions, Instrumentation list, Piping and Instrumentation Diagram, Controls Architecture) in preparation for Test Solution commissioning and correlation process- Ensure accurate and timely reporting standards are maintained throughout the assigned projects- Coordinate periodic reviews with management on project status, project metrics and significant trends and changes of approved projects- Coordinate Design Review processes of the Electrical/Mechanical/Lab Facilities design and test software development processes per Aerospace Engineering Process AEP- Actively coordinates the design, implementation, commissioning, and maintenance of complex electrical, mechanical and control test facilities infrastructure required for aircraft components test and systems/subsystem integration test programs- Supports maturity development of less experienced test engineers on key strategic areas by providing training, mentoring and coaching**YOU MUST HAVE**:- B.S degree in mechanical, Mechatronics, electronics, Cybernetics, Engineering.- 5+ years work experience in related engineering field.**WE VALUE**:- Experience in Project Management or basic training associated to Project Engineering tasks- Basic knowledge of aircraft Bleed Air Systems, Environmental Control Systems, Auxiliary Power Systems, Power distribution Systems and/or Power Generation Systems- Results oriented person with outstanding technical leadership attributes- Remarkable teamwork skills; proactive; Effective communicator; visionary; integrity; collaborative; innovative; self-learner.**Additional Information**:- ** JOB ID**:Req367322- ** Category**:Engineering- ** Location**:Calzada del Oro 1755,Mexicali,BAJA CALIFORNIA,21399,Mexico- Exempt
