Advanced Verification Engineer - Memory Design

Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence.We are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich life for all.Responsibilities:Design, develop and implement cutting-edge verification techniques to build a state-of-the-art verification platform.Create full chip behavior models that are distributed to our global customers.Develop verification plans incorporating directed and random patterns covering all features of a memory design.Perform verification processes using modeling, simulation and industry-standard simulators.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive standardization and group success.Innovate and drive future memory generations within a dynamic work environment.Requirements:Proficiency in verification languages (System Verilog) and methodologies (UVM).Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles.Able to abstract complex technical details into user-friendly interfaces.Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.Experience with scripting languages to automate tasks.Familiarity with defining coverage strategies and writing coverage models.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Previous experience in ASIC or memory verification.Good grasp of CMOS circuit design fundamentals.Education:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.Compensation: Estimated annual salary: $120,000 - $180,000 based on location and experience.
