Join our team to deliver Business Change projects and deliverables. Acts as an experienced and more independent consulting team member. Primary duty is to be highly utilized (85%) but also to begin to contribute to the operation of the business through knowledge management and bid support. Works with minimal supervision, addressing most client issues in own area of responsibility - consults the project manager only on significant issues. May lead small, specific pieces of work or projects.
About the Role In this opportunity as an Advertising Operations Specialist, you will:
Support the development of project plans for specific areas or phases and contribute to key stages of the project life cycle.Identify and escalate project risks and issues appropriately.Implement improvements to practice and client engagements.Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across various platforms and ensure client expectations are exceeded.Champion data-driven decision-making for accurate forecasting and yield strategy.Ensure campaign compliance with specifications, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues.Manage billing and reconciliation while staying informed on industry trends in online advertising.About You
You're a fit for the role if your background includes:
Bachelor's degreeFluent EnglishBasic knowledge and experience in direct and programmatic advertising.Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills.Proficient in Excel.Good oral and written communication skills.Outstanding attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.Desired Skills and Experience: Some experience working in Ad Operations (preferably from an Online Publisher) who is looking to gain and develop commercial/technical experience at one of the world's premium news publishers.Preferable: Experience working with Google Ad Manager. Experience working with order management systems, e.g., Operative.One, Placements.io, Salesforce. Knowledge on viewability and fraud using IAS, Moat & DoubleVerify HTML/Javascript and troubleshooting skills is a bonus.To apply, please upload your updated resume in English.
