**HBMX Risk Strategy Analyst****Role purpose.
**- Prepare and supervise the Risk Appetite Statement- Prepare and monitor the Risk Map (Including Top Risks) for Mexico.- Coordinate the package for the Mexico Risk Management Committee, follow up on their actions and compliance with local and global regulations, guaranteeing the correct interpretation and representation of the results.- Support coordinating the flow of information for the preparation of reports for the Board of Directors and Audit Committee in Mexico, only for the part related to Risks.
**Main activities**- Support on the bi-annual review of the Risk Appetite Statement.- Support on the assurance and oversight of RAS across LAM countries or Business Lines.- Supervise and monitor the risk management framework.- Support in secretarial activities of the Risk Management Committees of Mexico (package, minutes, follow-up of actions, terms of reference, etc.
)- Prepare and supervise the adequate capture of information in the Risk reports (Risk Map, RAS and Report of Emerging Risks) of Mexico.- Coordinate and ensure consistency in the information for the preparation of reports for the Board of Directors and Audit Committee, ExCo for Mexico.- Guarantee Governance compliance with the Single Circular of Banks (CUB) for Mexico and with the Global Risk Management Framework.Requirements**Requirements**:**Experience**- Economic-Administrative Degree.- Effective communication and analytical skills.- Required experience: 1 year of similar position, desirable, preferably in a financial institution.- Desirable experience in Governance, Risk Appetite and executive presentations.- Highly detail oriented**Abilities**- Advanced English.- Communication skills- Responsible, work under pressure- AnalyticalHSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and where their opinions count.
