If you have a good idea, we'll provide the environment in which it will thrive and grow into a great product or customer experience.Your ideas are our fuel.**In your role, you will**:- Participate actively in full-cycle recruitment process (pre-selection, interviews, and offers); - Ensure that the recruiting processes and hiring engine are delivering effectively and in an integrated manner with the overall talent needs. In doing so, a constant focus will be placed on hiring the top talent for today and ensuring a pipeline of innovative talent for the future; - Proven ability to balance a high number of open positions, managing roles across multiple teams and departments; - Partnering with hiringmanagers, other members of the HR community, as well as team colleagues to determine the current and future recruiting needs; - Performing extensive research, industry calibration, and reference checking; - Stay abreast of sourcing/recruiting trends.- You hold a Bachelor's in Human Resources, or in a related field or with an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job; - You have a minimum of 10 years experience in recruitment preferably in the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry; - You have a proven ability to balance a high number of open positions, managing roles across multiple teams and departments; - You are a team and results-oriented individual who has the capacity to influence others; - You have experience with internet searches by various recruiting techniques and methods; - You have good knowledge of MS Office; - You have knowledge in SAP HR and an Applicant Tracking System, Taleo and SuccessFactors, an asset; - You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with mínimal supervision (Bilingual English / Spanish); - You can utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sources, such as referrals, to proactively develop a talent pipeline for critical roles.Bombardier Aerospace is an equal opportunity employer with a non-discrimination policy.Your ideas move people.**Job** Advisor Sr, Recruiter**Primary Location** Aerospace Mexico (B.A.M)**Organization **Aerospace Mexico (B.A.M)**Shift****Employee Status** Regular
