From the simplest to the most complex IT environments for all types of workloads, our servers, storage, networking, and solutions help maximize the potential of data centers.What you will doWe are looking for a Quality engineer who can manage the New Product Introduction and Life Cycle Process, give Manufacturing Training Support, Documentation Release Management (ECO/MCOs), Product/Process Audits, Product Validation/Acceptance Testing, Troubleshooting Techniques (Test and schematic Diagram Review), Statistical Analysis, KPI and Quality Performance Tracking and Lean Manufacturing.Position Requirements:Provide strong support of Quality management Lenovo Server manufacturing Sites.Provide strong support of Quality process improvement to Lenovo Server manufacturing SitesSet up Quality control management process on E2E product life cycleCoordinated multiple function team (Dev, PE, Eng, MFG) to solve complicated Product Quality issues.Implemented DFX (Design For X) on NPI phase, drive E2E quality improvement.Proven ability to manage large and complicated projects.Basic Qualifications:Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in electronics.Knowledge of Product quality management and product development process.Ability to collaborate, influence, negotiate, and demonstrate determination.Bachelor's degree required with a scientific or engineering focus.Extensive experience in complicated Quality and Project management.Knowledge of lean six sigma and process improvement methodologies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills
