Join us.Job DescriptionAECOM LATAM is seeking for an experienced Industrial Market Sector Lead to be based out of Mexico City, Mexico.The responsibilities include but are not limited to:Assess Industrial market in LATAM, with emphasis in Mexico, to bring the clients and opportunities for potential bookings, with focus in the early engagement.Evaluate Industrial opportunities and determine which to pursue based on client understanding, pre-positioning, alignment with overall growth strategy, and AECOM strategic position.Oversee the client account management program for key clients in the Industrial market to ensure active management.Build the strategic relationships that could position AECOM in a position of privilege in the market.Collaborate with senior leadership team in the LATAM PPM Business Line on driving strategic growth initiatives throughout the region in the Industrial practice.In collaboration with the global business line, senior leadership, develop and own the long-term vision for sustained growth of AECOM's Industrial business in the Mexico and LATAM markets.Oversee the capture process for key pursuits in the Industrial market to ensure best practices are being adhered to, and continuously improve capture results.Help build a strong and thriving culture in the Industrial practice that promotes equity, diversity, & inclusion, ESG, and innovation, while preserving technical excellence in our core competency.Ensures unflinching customer focus. The successful candidate will demonstrate deep customer insight, ensure a client driven culture, spearhead and support market-focused solutions.Collaborate with local leadership across the LATAM and organize commercial engagement activities and be responsible for budgeting and tracking business development and commercial spend.Be responsible for holding regular Industrial market business development meetings with all relevant stakeholders and ensuring frequent and regular communication.Track potential client project needs and capital planning programs throughout Mexico and LATAM.Coordinate with internal resources and other business lines to promote overall market sector growth with our local and regional clients.Coordinate with LATAM Delivery / Operations teams to ensure delivery processes are in place to produce the desired results at a project execution level.Coordinate with PMs to drive and support program and project results on a day to day basis, to meet technical and business objectives.QualificationsMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in the Industrial sector or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.Fully Bilingual in English/Spanish.Team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.Travel availability.Preferred Qualifications:12+ years of relevant experience.Experience in business development, and strong existing relationships with Industrial clients in Mexico.Strong understanding of best practices in business development for professional services.Ability to communicate problems clearly and simply to clients, leadership, and technical staff.Ability to balance various project and company responsibilities and deadlines while maintaining professionalism and quality.Additional InformationSponsorship for Mexico employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position.Relocation assistance is not available for this position.About AECOMAECOM is the world's trusted infrastructure consulting firm, delivering professional services throughout the project lifecycle – from advisory, planning, design and engineering to program and construction management.
