Mia Aesthetics will assist selected hires with:Obtaining necessary immigration requirementsProviding Relocation Assistance (upon having all pre-requisites met)Interested Registered Nurse candidates must:Hold a valid and unexpired [Canadian/Mexican] passportPass the NCLEX examObtain a Registered Nurse license with the state board of nursing in the location selected (Mia Aesthetics will guide selected candidates through this process)Roles & Responsibilities:Participates in primary care of patients who completed cosmetic surgery in a clinic environment. This includes, but is not limited to: Post procedure care including pain management, incision inspection.Identifies & manages unique complications from wound skin-care management.Ability to identify drainage requirements (knowledge of lymphatic drainage a plus).Documents and carries out pre/post-operative instructions given by Surgeon, as well as documents all patient information from pre-op to post-anesthesia care.Provides Surgeon and/or Anesthesiologist detailed information on the patient regarding observed complications.Collaborates with medical staff and healthcare team members in developing coordinated outcomes and interventions regarding patient progress and care.Assists with nursing activities during emergencies.Educates and provides instruction to patient and family members on post-operative care.Effectively organizes time, equipment, supplies, and personnel for managing patient care.Maintains order and cleanliness of postoperative areas.Assists in inventory of supplies, drugs, and equipment to maintain availability and stock levels in postoperative areas.Follows established HIPAA policies and procedures at all times.Assumes accountability and responsibility for attendance and timely completion of mandatory training programs, unit specific requirements (i.E.
