We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ERP Implementation Manager to join our team and lead complex ERP implementation projects. This is a remote role with approximately 20-30% travel required.Responsibilities:Oversee the entire ERP implementation lifecycle, from planning and scoping to execution and go-live.Manage and mentor a team of ERP consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and support.Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring project success.Demonstrate deep knowledge of ERP systems, including architecture, functionality, and best practices.Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Collaborate with stakeholders to manage organizational change and ensure the successful adoption of new systems.Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, developing contingency plans as needed.Track project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure profitability.Contribute to the development of long-term ERP strategies and roadmaps.Qualifications:Minimum 7+ years of experience in leadership and management roles within the IT industry.Proven expertise in the implementation and support of a variety of ERP applications.Strong background in cloud-based ERP solutions.Experience with digital transformation initiatives and leveraging technology to drive business growth.Hands-on experience with financial and accounting systems, including general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP is a plus.Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional growth and developmentCollaborative and supportive work environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
