Your day-to-day
Account Management, Sales and Marketing
Work closely with Senior Manager and sales team
Maintain up-to-date promotional schedules and client launch plans
Prepare PowerPoint presentations following campaigns
Collaborate with various internal teams to create content and promotional tools
Create a monthly newsletter for clients
Write campaign briefs
Be the point of contact for our marketing clients in the Canada and APAC
Ensure the delivery of assets to clients on time
Help track and plan promotional ad buys
Participate in the brainstorming for the development of marketing campaigns
Plan tradeshow and event participation
Perform product monitoring to ensure that the service images or text are properly displayed and optimized

**Social media and auto promotion**: planning, execution and monitoring
All other related tasks
Your qualifications
University degree in marketing, or other related discipline
Experience working in a related environment
Fluently bilingual (Spanish and English)
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Understanding of sales forecasting
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to analyze data and write post-mortems
Works well under pressure and accomplishes tasks under tight deadlines
Positive attitude and team player
Self-motivated and self-starter
Nice-to-haves
Experience in the television, mobile, or tech industry
