As a self-starter, you're always on the lookout for new ideas and opportunities, and you approach challenges with a positive attitude.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Supporting, developing, and nurturing affiliate partners for a portfolio of clients.Pull monthly, weekly, and sometimes daily reports to assess performance, partner activity, areas to scale and/or make adjustments, and present to Account Manager.Work efficiently within multiple affiliate networks:Commission JunctionImpactShareASale/AwinAvantLinkRakuten/Link ConnectorCreate and update Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.Complete, add, and update tasks in Asana.Communicate effectively and efficiently in Gmail and Slack.Ensure workflow and processes are productive and efficient, adjusting when needed.Identify and summarize actionable items within client, network, affiliate, and inter-team meetings and delegate tasks to the corresponding individuals and teams.RequirementsBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to build and analyze reports for clients.Ability to think creatively and find practical solutions to problems.Strong team player who can also work independently.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Nice to have:Advanced experience with affiliate networks such as Impact, Pepperjam, CJ, Rakuten, or ShareASale, and reporting dashboard Affluent
