.**Job Purpose**:Coordinators resolve customer-raised inquiries in an efficient and timely manner while striving to continually improve standardized processes that enhance internal and external customer experience. We are looking for strong critical thinkers and problem solvers as you will be working closely with other teams to resolve post sales issues for our customers.Follow documented procedures and guidelines to provide highest quality service for internal and external parties, to fulfill end to end cycle service level agreements.Remote work, with possibility to work at the office 50%.Meets attendance and punctuality standards.**Responsibilities**:- Follows documented procedures and guidelines with adequate methods of research and accuracy, including external vendor processes and interfaces- Manages follow-ups with customers to provide high quality customer experience; Interacts with associated internal department (i.E.
