Collectively we have close to 3000 employees.DESCRIPTIONWe are actively looking for an After-Sales Quality Manager who will be responsible for ensuring that the products and services provided to customers after the sale meet the company's quality standards and customer expectations.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration.Advanced in English languageAt least 3 years of experience in a similar positionProven experience (8 years + desirable)ACTIVITIESResponsible for North American Customer Quality Management.Develop and Implement Standards for Customer Relationship Management.Collaborate with Internal and External Teams.Focus on Quality Cost Awareness.Manage Customer-Related Changes.Analyze and Improve Customer Quality Performance.Participate in Customer Meetings.Team and Task Management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
