**Title**:Aftermarket Marketing Coordinator

**Primary Location**:Mexico (MX) - Nuevo León Industrias JD-Monterrey Branch

**Function**:Marketing / Sales

The product line alone serves as proof with advances in machine performance, equipment automation, fleet management, and John Deere's ongoing investment in emerging markets.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Development and execution of the After-sales marketing plan.
- Develop, consolidate and analyze the main business performance metrics.
- Responsible for developing, consolidating and monitoring the budget, including commercial marketing incentives in the assigned region (Central America or South Hispanic).
- Evaluate potential and define the expansion of the solutions portfolio for the assigned region (Digital Solutions), acting in conjunction with the regional functions and the local distributor network.
- Support in the activities and content of "Sales and Operations" discussions in the region of responsibility.
- Develop and implement "Go to Market" strategies for all After-Sales solutions, including the performance analysis of said actions.
- Monitor and analyze market information to support decision making.
- Integrate stakeholders with the objective of executing business plans and strategic alignment.
- Organize and support the execution of fairs and events in the region of responsibility.

**What Skills You Need**:

- Graduate of Administration, Engineering or Agribusiness.
- Specialty in Marketing and Sales.
- Advanced English: Possession of extensive vocabulary, good grammar, conducts meetings, argues, negotiates and provides training.
- Experience in After-sales, Sales and/or Distributor Development.
- Knowledge in business administration and management.
- Advanced analytical capacity for evaluating business scenarios with various impact factors (market analysis, commercial performance, volume variation, portfolio analysis, dispersion analysis, financial results, regional factors, etc.)
- Complete office package, with a high capacity to synthesize and prepare presentations.
- Practice in at least one programming language: Python (PySpark) or SQL.
- Experience with data management and reporting tools (PowerBI, Power Automate, Databricks, etc.)
- Availability of national and international travel > 50% of the time.

**What Makes You Stand Out**:

- Experience in the agricultural, construction or heavy vehicle industry.
- Previous experience in field positions.
- Experience in customer relationship marketing such as a loyalty program.
- Knowledge of supply chain management.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, business administration or equivalent related experience.
