Job Description:
This role is responsible for designing a scalable and repeatable structure for the Monterrey Plant ensuring excellent aftermarket customer support. In addition, this role will have ultimate responsibility to manage the on-time delivery of orders to the aftermarket. This position will manage the priority of orders together with the Global Aftermarket Materials team. These priorities will be used to manage all required processes spanning multiple departments related to order fulfillment: scheduling of orders in conjunction with current production, ECO's, pricing, packaging, transportation, and export.

Activities:

- Primary contact for the aftermarket materials, customer service and sales team for all order inquiries. Design and implement a documented scalable process to manage aftermarket orders without negatively impacting production.
- Create standard work and best practices for the various part types (weldments, harnesses, painted parts, sub-assemblies, etc.) for each of the departments Purchasing, Sourcing, Scheduling, Warehousing, Production and Distribution.
- Coordinate and align all Aftermarket requirements into the MRP forecast, raw material and scheduling plans.
- Create a packaging strategy for all aftermarket parts. This includes the method and the coordination with packaging companies for all parts.
- Identify and select preferred packaging partners to ensure high quality and consistency of packaging throughout the chain.
- Review and recommend adjustments to adjust capacity (if needed)
- Manage inbound orders in TMS (PCO)
- If needed create routing and cost roll up
- Create work orders and build sheet (if needed)
- Backflush or perform inventory adjustments to maintain inventory accuracy
- Coordinate with distribution and logistics to ship the product(s)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree
- Advanced English skills
- 3-5 years experience in project management. scheduling, materials, logistics or similar role
- 2-3 years experience in data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g.inventory planning, production management)
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Oracle
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational ability
