.The Aftermarket Material Senior Buyer will be responsible to manage sourcings, contract execution and supplier performance for an assigned set of commodities.The Aftermarket Material Senior Buyer will interact with various stakeholders at Stellantis (Engineering, Program Team, Supplier Quality, Supplier Risk Management, Purchasing Finance, Accounting, Cost Engineers) in order to coordinate the various actions to manage Request For Quotations or Contract Execution and Maintenance.**Functional responsibilities include but are not limited to**:Prepare and manage RFQ (request for quotation) activity leveraging the global supplier bid list and aligning to strategic objectives.Perform supplier negotiations to drive best in class results.Make supplier Recommendation (REC) during Sourcing Table decision meetingsGenerate the Purchase Agreement (contract) in line with the supplier selection made (REC)Identify potential new suppliers around the worldPrepare, manage, execute resourcing activities (including cross functional collaboration)Support campaigns / recalls as needed to ensure appropriate purchasing action.Manage and negotiate purchasing performance through execution of contractual requirements (e.G., productivity) and negotiating/monitoring the whole set of available leverages like commercial performance (including commercial claims), Monozokuri, Value Optimization (VO) and Raw Material indexation/optimization**Manage reporting requirements (eg**: Performance roadmap, Resource Activity, etc.)Coordinate with Aftermarket marketing/planning to enhance profitability, Aftermarket quality to ensure flawless builds, as well as with engineering, supply chain management and finance to support business operations.Work with suppliers and supply chain to ensure prompt resolution to supply issues, including Vehicle's off road (VOR's) and Backorders, ensuring suppliers provide parts as required.**M anage assigned suppliers, including but not limited to**: timely resolution of issues, ensure supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery, etc.), and escalation as needed.M anage the administrative work attached to these activities (Purchase orders, amendments, etc)Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or closely related fieldAt least 5 years of purchasing experience or closely related fieldStrong communication skills and highly customer focusedStrong fluency with Microsoft Office SuiteWell organized, self-motivated, and resourceful managing complex situationsComfortable in a fast-paced environment and can effectively interface with cross functional teams and all levels of senior managementExcellent analytical and presentation skills**Preferred Qualifications**:Experience with SAPExperience in the automotive industryExperience working in a global environmentOur benefits reflects the FCA commitment to helping you reach your personal and professional goals
