This position supports, coordinates, and facilitates the sales administrative process.For our Sales Department based in Sao Paulo, we are looking for a highly motivated Bid / Proposal Specialist to work with our LATAM Sales team in Latin America including Brazil, working in a multicultural team based in Mexico City, Chile, and Sao Paulo.You will be working in the proposals team, developing competitive bids of services and maintenance contracts for Brazil and working together with the regional sales team to increase our competitiveness and quality in proposals preparation.You will be part of a highly motivated and strong self-performing team and report directly to the Regional Proposal Manager.General Responsibilities:Cost Calculation: Gather inputs from different internal departments, develop and estimate cost calculations for services proposals for wind farm maintenances.Proposals Development: Develop all steps required to prepare a proposal, from the Request for Quotation sent by our customers until the delivery of the proposal document, in a self-motivated way.Working with a broad internal stakeholder network, compile cost and value information and use Siemens Gamesa tools and internal approval processes to present and deliver value-based quotes to customers, responding to customer requests for clarification and status, and also presenting the customer's expectations to our internal stakeholders.Risk Assessment: Perform the risk assessment of the bid according to the company's internal guidelines, identify and mitigate risks in the proposals aligned with the Financial and Operations departments.Proposals Responsibilities: Prioritize the activities for each proposal of a multi-functional team in the areas of specification review, service product selection, commercial strategy, cost/price development, and proposal preparation.Support the Sales Managers with customer bids and contract negotiations, follow SGRE's proposal development process, lead internal tender kick-off meetings with the project management team, and lead development of calculations for cost and price models for wind turbine service contracts.Prepare high-quality proposals' risk assessments to management, develop customer offer/pricing strategies with Sales Managers, and subsequent contracts, peer-review cost calculations, and prepare & coordinate internal Handover meetings with Sales Managers
