As well as work throughout Commercial Teams and Marketing areas to implement initiatives to accelerate revenue and profit generated by Wholesales and Fleet Business.**Key Responsibilities**:To monitor performance for Wholesales and Fleet Channel regarding Sell Out, Incentives, and main KPIs at national, regional and Dealer level.Top Management reporting at local, regional and global level for Wholesales and Fleet performance and projects status.To evaluate current Commercial Policy by quarter, identifying opportunity areas for improvement.Budget follow up for Wholes Sales and Fleet channels, especially regarding incentives.To work in synergy with pricing Area to evaluate and update Parts List accordingly to Business needs and projects.To identify potential risk and opportunities within Wholesales and Fleet business to create Contest and Incentives in synergy with Marketing Areas to accelerate or offset them.Fleet and Wholesales customers' registration and activation in Nissan databases and platforms.To focus on develop and implement a Fleet Strong Strategy to improve Sales Channel performance. In synergy with New Cars Fleet Department and Dealer Network.To support the creation of Aftersales Business Plan regarding Sell Out & Sell In per Dealer, Region and National figures, as well as monthly follow up, understanding strategic plan.**Qualifications & Certifications**:3 or more years of experience working in commercial areas, with some education or experience in Business Management and Data analytics.Relational database understanding and database usage skills requiredHave driver´s license.Be able to travel around 2 times o more per month to visit Dealer´s Network.Analytical and detail oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex problems positively and professionally.Proficient in MS Excel and MS Power Point.Experience in the automotive industry or Insurance companies.Bachelor's degree is required in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related.**Competencies**:Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English languages (for top management and big quorum forums e.G. all Dealer Network)Analytical thinking, detail oriented and Task orientedDemonstrates a positive sense of urgency.What We OfferAs a member of our team, you will have access to many of our benefits - because we want you to feel cared for, supported, and engaged at Nissan.
