.**Job Description**:- Subject matter authority for Global Warranty Management (GWM), Service Policies and procedures and Warranty administration.- Supports integration of Warranty administration functions.- Provides Warranty support for all of the zone team members.- Develops and implements necessary dealer training.- Coaches dealers, Managers of Aftersales and District Managers of Aftersales in the area of Warranty administration.- Holds themselves and others accountable for demonstrating GMs values and cultural behaviors.- Performs other related duties as assigned.**Additional Job Description**:1. Implement and follow up the 25 point inspection as means to increase parts sales per vehicle1.6. Support dealers with RIM in order to optimize and meet required targets for compliance1.7 Promote and include dealers in yearly marketing plan as guide for increasing customer retention2. Improve customer retention2.1. Ensuring that information is shared by dealers by means of data sharing2.2. Identifying opportunities aimed at the implementation of a CRM process2.3. Incorporate the concept of customer retention in the overall business plan distributor2.4. Developing staff skills aftermarket distributor2.5. Guide the integration of Aftersales as one whole team (parts and service)2.6. Promoting participation and effective use by the dealer in GMM retention initiatives:2.6.1. Chevrolet Express Service2.6.2. BDC (Business development Center)2.6.3. Standard maintenance Costs2.6.4. Marketing programs and service promotions3. Supporting the initiative of Outstanding Customer Experience (OCE)3.1. Improving CSI3.2. Supporting the implementation of the standard GMM operation and facilities3.3. Ensure staff aftermarket distributors are trained / certified3.4. Representing GMM and its brands as ambassador3.5. To ensure a proper process of executing service recalls4. Maximize the profitability of Distributor4.1. Assisting the dealer in identifying areas to improve profitability through business process.4.2. Ensuring that the dealer takes advantage of rebates and incentives available4.3.
